Shipping, Return, Exchange Policies

1. Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at contact1110vintageco@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

3. Wrong Items Received

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact1110vintageco@gmail.com , and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

5. Shipping

To return your products, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
